To configure notifications to go to Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, and Splunk when an alert is created, follow the steps below. Each service has specific fields that need to be filled out and tested to ensure successful integration.
Jira Notification Configuration
Project Key: Enter the key of the project where the issue should be created.
API Token: Provide the API token to authenticate the integration.
Reporter: Specify the user who will be reported as the issue creator.
Assignee: Indicate the user to whom the issue will be assigned.
Test the Connection:
Once all necessary details are entered, locate and click the "Test Connection" button.
Verify that the connection is successful by checking for a confirmation message.
If you do not need notifications in Jira, you can delete the existing integration.
To delete Jira notification integration:
select Jira.
Locate the Jira integration click three vertical dots.
Select the option to delete the integration.
Name: Provide a name for the integration.
Instance URL: Enter the URL of your ServiceNow instance.
Description: Add a description of the alert.
Assigned To: Indicate the user to whom the incident will be assigned.
Caller ID: Provide the ID of the user who is reporting the incident.
Username: Enter the username for authentication.
Password: Enter the password for authentication.
After entering the details, test the connection to ensure it is working. Once confirmed, alerts will trigger notifications in ServiceNow.

If you do not need notifications in ServiceNow, you can delete the existing integration.
To delete ServiceNow notification integration:
select ServiceNow.
Locate the ServiceNow integration click three vertical dots.
Select the option to delete the integration.
Integration Name: Name the integration.
Slack Channel: Specify the Slack channel where notifications should be sent.
Slack Token: Provide the token to authenticate with Slack.
Test the Connection:
Once all necessary details are entered, locate and click the "Test Connection" button.
Verify that the connection is successful by checking for a confirmation message or status indicator.
Add Connections:
After confirming that the connection is working, proceed to add connections.
If you do not need notifications in Slack, you can delete the existing integration.
To delete Slack notification integration:
select Slack.
Locate the Slack integration click three vertical dots.
Select the option to delete the integration.
Host Name: Enter the hostname of your Splunk instance.
Port Name: Specify the port to connect to.
Hec Token: Provide the HTTP Event Collector (HEC) token for authentication.
After entering the details, test the connection to ensure it is working. Once confirmed, alerts will trigger notifications in Splunk.
If you do not need notifications in Splunk, you can delete the existing integration.
Note: Once the integration details are entered, it will show as running. Alerts will trigger notifications in Splunk.

For each service, make sure to test the connection after configuration. Once the connections are verified, alerts will be properly routed to each specified service.
