ServiceNow Notification Configuration

  1. Name: Provide a name for the integration.

  2. Instance URL: Enter the URL of your ServiceNow instance.

  3. Description: Add a description of the alert.

  4. Assigned To: Indicate the user to whom the incident will be assigned.

  5. Caller ID: Provide the ID of the user who is reporting the incident.

  6. Username: Enter the username for authentication.

  7. Password: Enter the password for authentication.

After entering the details, test the connection to ensure it is working. Once confirmed, alerts will trigger notifications in ServiceNow.

If you do not need notifications in ServiceNow, you can delete the existing integration.

To delete ServiceNow notification integration:

  1. select ServiceNow.

  2. Locate the ServiceNow integration click three vertical dots.

  3. Select the option to delete the integration.
