Thank you for choosing Swift Security.ai for your organization's security needs. We are thrilled to embark on this journey with you towards enhancing the security posture of your organization. Below is a simple guide to help you get started with setting up your organization on Swift Security.ai.
As the designated Tenant Super Admin, you have comprehensive control over your organization's settings and user management.
To create your organization within the Swift Security.ai platform, please follow the steps below:
Visit the Onboarding Website:
Navigate to the following URL: Swift Security Onboarding.
Provide Organization Details:
Fill in the required details:
Organization Name: Enter the name of your organization.
Subdomain: Enter the same name as your organization name.
Organization Admin Email: Provide the email address of the organization admin.
Checkbox For Extension and LLM Guardrails is optional.
Sign Up:
After filling in the details, click on the Sign Up button.
Your organization details will be sent to the Swift Security admin for approval.
Approval Process:
Once your organization is approved by the Swift Security admin, you will receive an email confirming the approval.
Access Your Organization:
Upon receiving the approval email, click on the Login button provided in the email.
You will be redirected to your organization's login page.
Login Options:
You can log in using one of the following methods:
Google: Use your Google account credentials.
Microsoft: Use your Microsoft account credentials.
Username and Password: Use the username and password credentials.

Receiving Your Temporary Password
Open the Email: Inside, you will find your temporary password. Note it down or copy it.
Logging In with Your Temporary Password
Enter Your Email: Type your email in the email field.
Enter the Temporary Password: Paste or type the temporary password from the email into the password field.
Click Login: Press the login button to proceed.
Changing Your Password
Check Your Email: After logging in with your temporary password, check your email for a new message.
Open the Email: Inside, you will find a link click here.
Click the Link: Click on the link provided in the email. You will be redirected to the password change page.
Enter Your Old Password: In the 'Current Password' field, enter the temporary password you received.
Create a New Password: Enter a new password in the 'New Password' field. Ensure it meets the required criteria (e.g., minimum length, includes numbers and special characters).
Confirm the New Password: Re-enter your new password in the 'Confirm Password' field.
Save Changes: Click the 'Update Password' button to update your password.
Logging In with Your New Password
Go to the Login Page: Navigate back to the login page.
Enter Your Email: Type your email in the email field.
Enter Your New Password: Type the new password you just created in the password field.
Click Login: Press the login button to access your account.
After successfully logging in, follow the steps shown in the screenshot.
if you try to swift security for myself click on continue. or if you are ready to deploy swift security across my org MDM click on continue.
if you try to swift security for myself click on continue. To install the extension, follow the guide provided, then click Next.
Define your data protection and select the profile you want to choose.
Click Next.
Enable default policies click Done.
It will creating workspace.
